RCS BMus Audition Preparation
This one-day short course will help you to gain an understanding of the course content and audition processes for the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland’s four-year BMus degree programme.
It will give you the opportunity to learn about the multiple pathways this unique BMus programme offers. Students will finish the course with a clear understanding of what will be expected of them when either they come to apply and audition or advise their own pupils on the process.
This course will be taught by lecturers from our School of Music who will offer practical advice on the audition process as well as answering any questions.
Students who would benefit from this course may be:
- school students S3 and above with an interest in applying for the BMus degree programme at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland
- music students in further education and in the process of applying for our degree courses
- a music tutor/teacher preparing students for auditions
